Osaka Public University Botanical Garden
A research facility that collects and preserves approximately 5,000 species and 30,000 plants. Eleven types of forests have been restored, mainly consisting of trees native to Japan, and visitors can enjoy rare plants such as metasequoias and flowers of all seasons.
Forest of Osaka (Kurondo)
A natural park where you can enjoy a BBQ while bathing in the forest. There is a hiking trail that continues from Keihan Kisaichi Station, and the gently undulating grounds make it easy for even beginners to enjoy.
